Mr. Vijay Goenka

Mr. Vijay Goenka is a Mechanical Engineer and manufacturing entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in India’s steel and fabrication ecosystem. Coming from a 60+ year steel family background, he has spent more than 25 years working hands-on across production, quality, and factory operations.
As Director of Hebe Steels Pvt. Ltd., a steel re-rolling mill with an annual capacity of approximately 30,000 MT, he leads the supply of structural steel across North India through a network of 50+ dealers and 500+ fabricators.
Beyond manufacturing, he actively mentors MSMEs and startups as a Founder Executive Committee Member of VenturePark (BIA) and has mentored 50+ startups. He has also represented Bihar at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES).
His vision is to strengthen India’s fabrication ecosystem by empowering fabricators with systems, clarity, and long-term stability.

Vinay Goenka is a seasoned steel industry professional with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and production planning. His expertise ensures predictable operations, efficient execution, and disciplined delivery at Hebe Steels.
He holds a Post Graduate degree in Commerce and is a Chartered Market Analyst (CMA), bringing together financial insight, market understanding, and operational decision-making.
